I am the owner and the Pastry Chef of Paper Rock Fork. I started Paper Rock Fork because I enjoy being in the kitchen baking and creating. Using Paper Rock Fork, I want to bring joy to others with my creations and want to inspire everyone to do the same.
Every cake, dessert and pasty get my personal touch. I use my creativity to create one of a kind and unique pastries. Staying true to simple creations, I also love to do traditional desserts that you see on my website. I like sharing my creations which includes sharing the recipes as well as instructions in how to create them yourself.
